Understanding our services
Ruqyah is a form of spiritual healing practised through the recitation of Quranic verses and authentic supplications. We practise it strictly according to what is established in the Quran and Sunnah. Nothing outside those sources is used.
Sessions are calm and structured, and we always explain what to expect before beginning.
Istikhara is a prayer for guidance, performed when facing an important decision and seeking clarity about the right path forward. We can walk you through the practice during a consultation.
No. We do not make, give, or recommend taweez or amulets of any kind. Everything we offer is recitation and supplication drawn from the Quran and established Sunnah.
There is nothing to wear, carry, or keep.
No. We will never promise a guaranteed result, and we would encourage caution with anyone who does.
What we commit to is listening carefully, being honest about what we think is happening, and offering guidance grounded strictly in authentic sources.
No. We are a spiritual guidance service, not a medical or psychological one. If your situation involves symptoms that may need medical or mental health attention, we will say so directly and encourage you to seek the right professional care alongside anything we discuss together.
Booking & consultations
Consultations can be held online over a video call or in person, whichever feels more comfortable for you. We begin every session by listening, understanding your situation fully before discussing what guidance might help.
Yes, we ask that you book ahead so we can give your consultation our full attention. You can reach out through the contact page, by phone, or by message.
Yes. Many of our clients prefer online sessions, particularly when discretion matters or travel isn’t practical. Online consultations are available wherever you are.
Consultations run Monday to Saturday, 3pm to midnight Brisbane time (AEST). Queensland doesn’t observe daylight saving, so these hours stay the same all year round.
If you’re in another timezone, just tell us where you are and we’ll find a time that works.
This depends entirely on your situation. Some matters are addressed in a single consultation; others benefit from a short series of follow-up sessions. We’ll always be upfront about what we think would genuinely help.
Privacy & what to expect
Yes, without exception. Everything shared during a consultation stays strictly private between you and us, and we never share your details with a third party.
No. We do not record consultations. If you’d like something written down to refer back to, we can provide a short written summary of the guidance discussed.
A calm, unhurried conversation where you’re free to share as much or as little as you’re comfortable with. There’s no judgement, no matter how long you’ve carried the concern you’re bringing to us.
